Jeff Logistics is led by founder Gordon Jeff Blom, who brings direct, hands-on experience coordinating logistics workforces — not a generalist recruiter learning the sector on the job. Sofas, beds, wardrobes, dining tables. Assembly/disassembly available. Two-person carry for heavy items.

Cars

Passenger car transport, non-running vehicles, towing. Flatbed or enclosed trailer. Insurance included.

Pallets

Standard (120×80 cm) and Euro pallets. Single or multiple. Forklift-ready delivery and tail-lift trucks available.

Parcels

Boxes and small packages up to 30 kg. Door-to-door, same-day or next-day. Signature on delivery included.

Full Truckloads

Full trailer loads and bulk freight. 20–90 m³ capacity. Loading crew and cargo securing equipment included.

Vehicles & Machinery

Vans, forklifts, excavators, generators. Low-loader trailers and crane assistance available on request.

Motorcycles & Scooters

Six years of placing people first.

We're a new company — but far from new to this work. Our team has spent six years placing workers across Scandinavia before bringing that same approach to the Netherlands.

01Our story

From Scandinavia to the Netherlands.

Jeff Logistics was founded by a team with deep roots in Nordic workforce placement. For six years, we helped hundreds of workers find stable, fairly-paid roles in warehouses, ports, and logistics hubs across Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.

We saw first-hand what happens when workers are treated as people — not headcounts. Productivity goes up. Turnover goes down. Everyone wins.

In 2024, we brought that same philosophy to the Amsterdam region — one of Europe's most important logistics corridors — and we haven't looked back.

Jeff Logistics B.V. ("Jeff Logistics", "we", "us") is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 42089889, with registered address at Amsterdamseweg 153 C, 1182GT Amstelveen, the Netherlands. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

2. What data we collect

We collect personal data that you provide directly to us through the forms on this website:

  • Contact / workforce request form: name, company name, email address, and your message.
  • Jobs application form: full name, email, phone number, location, role preference, availability, experience, languages spoken, and any notes you add.
  • Shipping quote tool: pickup and delivery addresses and shipment details you enter.

We do not knowingly collect data from minors, and we do not use automated decision-making or profiling.

3. Why we process your data & legal basis

  • To respond to workforce requests and shipping quotes — legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps.
  • To process job applications and contact candidates about roles — your consent, given by submitting the form.
  • To meet our bookkeeping and labour-law obligations once a placement or contract is agreed — legal obligation.

4. How your data is sent & stored

Forms on this site open a pre-filled email addressed to info@jefflogistics.nl via your own email application. We do not operate a separate server-side database for form submissions — your data is stored in our company mailbox, which is access-controlled and used only by authorised staff.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to a placement are kept for up to 12 months. Job applicant and employee records are kept in line with Dutch tax and labour-law retention periods (generally up to 7 years for financial/contract records).

6. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with our address-lookup tool (OpenStreetMap/Nominatim, used only for the shipping address search) and with Dutch authorities where legally required. We do not transfer personal data outside the EEA.

7. Your rights (AVG / GDPR)

Under the Dutch implementation of the GDPR (AVG), you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email info@jefflogistics.nl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
